It’s Not Gonna Be Fine
To conscious creators who are using their manifesting powers to intend a specific outcome with the U.S. election this week, let's remember how this actually works …
If you're studying vote counts and finding reasons to believe it’ll go the way you want it to go …
If you’re thinking, “It’s gonna be fine. My candidate can pull this off. My party will be victorious.”
If you're thinking any sort of thoughts that are willing a particular result (like I was), it's worth remembering that it doesn't even matter who wins.
Because outcomes cannot override your dominant vibration.
- It can't be fine when you've been feeling angst.
- It can't be peace when you've practiced fear.
- It can't be smooth when you've been riding it rough.
It's going to be whatever you've been practicing. So the election results don't even matter. What matters is how you've been feeling by and large.
Which means, if you've been feeling angst about contention and discord, or ire about disrespect and conflict, or outrage about decisions and actions, or fear about nefarious forces in play … if your vibration is tied up in any of that, it doesn't even matter who wins. Because your vibe will continue to rule no matter who's in office.
So let's get it handled where it really counts … that's on feeling how we want to feel. Not needing things to change out there before we feel better in here.
Bashar said it well: “Circumstances don't matter. Only state of being matters.”
Even if your candidate wins, it's not gonna be fine. It's gonna be whatever you’ve been practicing.
And yes, if you’ve been practicing that it’s fine (through all the protests and debates and scandals and news stories), then you’re right – it’s going to be fine! It’s going to be more of whatever you’ve been feeling. Kudos to those of you who have sailed through this process without getting sucked into drama and discord.
But if you’ve been practicing something else – it’s gonna be more of whatever you’ve got activated.
Manifesting specific election results isn't the answer.
Our power lies in not relying on outcomes for feeling better. We don't have to manipulate external circumstances in order to relax and feel better.
We know how to cultivate a better vibration right here and now, without needing anything else to change first.
It's not gonna be fine until we stop relying on someone else to make it fine for us. And flowing that vibe can't be dependent on reality changing first. Because reality can only follow our lead.
Just saying, don't wait for the national situation to resolve before you relax.
Many of my fellow creators are already rocking that party, and to you I say thanks for setting the good example for the rest of us!
I have to admit that the gloomy title and picture for this article certainly gave me an ironic/cynical chuckle when I saw them 🙂 Dark comedy is a very underrated type of mood-booster, especially in Law Of Attraction-related media. So, it is great to see it here 🙂
I guess that perspective and/or geography possibly help with the attachment thing too. Here in Britain, all of the dramatic news coverage of the US election is a very welcome distraction from all of the politics that are happening here at the moment LOL!
Even so, I have been vaguely hoping for a particular result (and enjoying any evidence I find that it is happening). Still, I find it interesting and mildly amusing that this reality/timeline is currently frozen in a “Schrodinger’s election” state where no-one has actually won yet.
In a weird way, this uncertainty is actually better than a decisive result – since it means everyone still gets to enjoy the possibility of their desired result for longer. Although I doubt that many people probably see it this way though LOL!
I like your thought process, Timeline Traveller! “In a weird way, this uncertainty is actually better than a decisive result – since it means everyone still gets to enjoy the possibility of their desired result for longer.” That’s a lovely way to think of it! 🙂
Thanks 🙂 It took me a while to learn to see uncertainty as a good thing – but it can often be a better thing than it is sometimes given credit for.
Plus, thinking about it in terms of timelines/parallel realities, every possible – and “impossible” – future already exists. So, it is easier (mostly because it feels more believable/possible) to choose one to follow whilst things are still “uncertain”.
After all, although it “hasn’t happened” yet, it also hasn’t “not happened” either LOL!!
Well I said it on Facebook and Ill say it here. The WINNER is the one who is not even watching the election and is instead finding more and more reasons to be joyous in each moment.
Indeed, joy in each moment would make for fabulous alignment to desires! 🙂
Hi Jeannette,
Thank you for this post. I was getting anxious following the results of the election. I just couldn’t get my “good vibe” going. Then your post reminded me of a quote by Michael Singer. He wrote “ Everything will be ok when you are ok with everything.” Ha! Yes. Now
I think I’ll take my dog for a walk, have fun and relax. Life is good!
Smiles,
Such a great quote! Glad I’ve got good company in you with our vibe management routines this election, Kathy. 🙂
Jeannette, I had more thoughts on this post and wanted to share. Put on Facebook too. Not sure which one you check more.
Jeannette, we, sadly, are programmed to go down the negative path. Believe me I can do it and often do. I have to stop myself constantly and get back on track. So regarding the election. I see so many people talk about the horrible things each side would do if they came into power. But WHAT IF (and that is an Abraham game too) What if, we focused on the GOOD in each of candidates. We are all ONE WITH GOD, we are all the same and all connected. The thoughts we send out effect every single one of us. How bout we see these people as we would want to be seen, treat them how we’d want to be treated, speak of them how we’d want to be spoken about. Lets give each candidate and vice candidate the gift of our highest thought for them. After all, if they are leading the country, we surely want to feel good about it. And we know, as Florence Shinn said, that if you don’t run your subconscious someone else will. So we, as conscious creators know this. That means, in my opinion, that we actually have a duty to send out the highest good to all of them because we know better. We can’t claim ignorance of the law. I would love to see one of your weekly calls just be dedicated to everyone talking about how wonderful everything is for us all individually and globally. Let us be the ones to spark the light in the dark to help raise consciouness for all beings everywhere. Isn’t that why we are here? We focus so much on what we can get invidually but that means nothing it we don’t serve others. Something in the bible, I can’t remember but there is a quote of, and I am paraphrasing, what does it mean to gain the world if you lose your soul? To me, losing our soul means giving up our individal piece of soul in pursuit of individual gain without thought of others. I feel that my first thought should be; “How can I add so much joy and positive light into the collective consciousness each day, that others MUST SEE it, the light is so bright it illuminates all. That is where peace comes in.
“I have to stop myself and get back on track” … boy, do I know that routine, Patrice! I’m glad that we’re doing it together! I also believe we’re all connected, so what we do to another we do to ourselves, and what we do for ourselves benefits another. It’s interesting to think about it that way and also realize we’re each creating our own version of reality.
I also resonate with this: “we actually have a duty to send out the highest good to all of them because we know better.” Reading that made me realize that I do hold conscious creators to a higher standard because WE KNOW the power of our thoughts and focus.
Here’s to using that power for good!
So glad I found this post! I needed this on a diff topic 😉 but since I’ve got it down pat on this one, I’ll go plug it in on the other topic ✌🏻🙌🏻
Your amazing as usual!
Great to see a “it’s going to be fine” post about the election. I agree. Years ago, I realized that no matter what candidate gets elected, they always do some stuff I like so I just focus on that. It’s really changed the political thing for me. That and realizing that whatever I’m aligned with is what candidate actually gets elected =)
