Money Manifesting Success: From Dire Straits To Thousands (In Hours)

Talking about how to manifest money is well and good, but there’s nothing like a real life success story to amp up our belief and inspiration.

So when a fellow creator posted her experience at Good Vibe U, I asked permission to share …

Our manifestor had posted in the money forum Sunday morning asking for “emergency money help.” She wanted our best tips for creating money when in dire straits.

She got advice to feel the scary feelings, surrender to the situation, ask for divine help, look for abundance, listen for and honor inspiration, see it as a blessing, take a nap, chill out, etc.

Right? Stuff we all know.

She posted a couple hours later saying she relaxed, had tea with her sister, and spent some time on a project she loved.

Here was her update just 100 hours later:

I have been aggressively feeling good: pampering myself, loving myself, praising myself, and just constantly thanking the universe for what I have and how much it cares for me. So what’s the difference 100 hours later?

  • $1200 in my income tax return, plopped safely into my account! I was told this would take another month to show up.
  • $60 for my mom to buy tickets for my train rides! Saying yes to offered cash definitely counts as allowing for me.
  • $50 in rewards from my credit card that made part of my debt disappear. My problem literally started solving itself.
  • $130 refund from a service that had put me over the edge of my financial limit. Asked for what I wanted, and got it!
  • $15 in Starbucks dollars that I swore on my life wasn’t there just moments before I used it to buy a latte. I mean, I was broke. Now I’m walking around drinking fabulous soy lattes.
  • $2000 in financial aid from my university that had been missing for three weeks … instantly credited to my account. I mean, I was calling, emailing, sending smoke signals and got no helpful assistance. I let it go and start singing in the shower, and it pops up.
  • $700 of those university dollars are just instantly mine, cash, tomorrow. I’m counting this as a separate win because it’s all mine! It’s just cold hard cash!
  • A free burrito from my absolute favorite restaurant, roughly a $10 or $12 value for me. Although, this burrito is so delicious it might be worth the world.
  • A two dinners and breakfast from my boyfriend, which could easily be valued at $40. I’m not just talking anything. I mean wined and dined with exactly what I wanted!
  • $15 restaurant gift card!

“For a grand total of…$4,222 worth of either cold hard cash, or valued and appreciated items brought into my life.

“I have so much love pouring out of my heart for this community. I could not explain how my accounts went from being ALL negative and not in good standing, to *every* *single* *account* padded with plenty of cash, with enough to pay myself in savings. I’m speechless. I couldn’t have done this without you.

“I’ve read the whole ‘chill out’ thing hundreds of times, but until I actually had no other choice (no actions available to me to change my circumstances) I never really did it.”

Kinda makes you want to go “aggressively feel good” and/or chill out about something, huh? 🙂

I love this story! I remember one year when I had just started my business, after ending a very lucrative contract, there was not another one on the horizon. There had been three, count that, three false starts, all of which fell through. I had money in the bank, but it was dwindling fast. My sister and her family were going on a dream vacation to Egypt and suggested instead of sitting at home and waiting for the phone to ring with work, that I should take a good chunk of the money I had left and live it up on vacation. It was the most absurd idea, completely irresponsible, and totally inline with having faith that the universe always provides, so I did it! I checked my email when we arrived in Cairo to find a brand new opportunity waiting and ready to go! They said they had heard I am out of the country and proposed a start date for three days after I got back… wow! I learned then, when the going gets tough, go on a dream vacation.

I love stories like this! So inspiring! Look at all the different ways that money (love) can show up for us. Great Job! 🙂

Read a few of the stories here and thought I would ad my experience. This is but one story of many experiences some people have a hard time believing.
Living in Montreal I was at a breaking point. Business down the drain and my new wife, just 10 months into marriage was putting food on the table working as a clothing sales person downtown St. Catherines Street. It was friday night and there was a foot of snow on the ground. The air was frosty and the sky as white as a sheet with a blizzard. My wife finished work when the shop closed 10 pm. I thought I must be in front precisely at 10 as she is from a tropical country, Mauritius, and only in Canada less than 15 months… not fond of the cold.
My car, when I got to it had a flat tire. My hands froze as I pumped it with electric lighter plug in pump. Done I climbed in and started to drive the 2 blocks to where I had to turn to get down to the clothing shop. What did I do but pass through the street lights and had to turn around. Another mistake I turned into a very narrow alley and soon realized I had to drive all the way in about 80 feet to be able to turn my car and head back out. The city streets were deserted due to storm and the back of the alley was just enough room to do a short three point turn. Nobody was there as the stores were all closed as completing the 3 point turn my headlights revealed such.
Heading back down the alley towards the street my firebird with no winter tires got stuck, I mean glued to the spot and no amount of rocking could get me unstuck. I was worried too I would slip my car into the wall as on either side was just 12 inches clearance. I thought of my poor wife. She did not know I was coming to get her so she would start walking the moment she left the shop.
I panicked. I did not know what I was going to do beside abandon the car and walk out to the street about 60 feet out. In desperation I simply said, “God please help me.” The word me scarcely crossed my lips when the car lurched forward. I did not have my foot on the gas because it was useless and would just spin the rear wheels. I looked in the rear view mirror and was astonished to see two hulking figures. Huge they stood shoulder to shoulder covering the width of the car. They had their heads down leaning so I could not see their faces. ‘Hit the gas’ came to mind and as I did the car catapulted through the snow and just as I hit the edge of the drive into the street I looked up into mirror in time to see my two friends vanish before my eyes.
Arriving literally as my wife came out the door I could not wait to tell her of the beings that pushed out of the snow. That was 29 years ago and fresh in my mind as I write these words. Now how is that for instant manifestation!

This post is in perfect timing and must be a sign of good things. One of the things she got was financial aid for school. I’ve recently got accepted to a university in Texas (and I’m from the Caribbean) so my family and I are trying to secure funds for school. It’s good to know that I can just relax, do fun things and take care of myself and the money can just appear!

How amazing!! I had a similar experience also inspired on this blog. Woke up on thursday with no money,l and no food (for me or my pets),but I refused to cave in. I was determined to create a miracle. I woke up 2 hra beforw work and wrote 21 reasons to love myself and trust in God and the Universe. I recorded them on smartphone and play them over on my way to work, and repeat them to myself often. I kid you not,I was so broke I had to walk back home (1 and a half at night) but I used the time to pray rain my fabulous life in Japan (is my dream to live there!!) I felt soo goood!!! At some point,I even felt a voice inside me saying “it’s over now…” so I get home around 7pm,at 9 pm my brother (whom I sharw an apartment with) comes home all happy (he had been cranky and worried) because he felt like visiting our mom,and she literally re-stocked us with groceries and home- cooked meals enough to last three days. I even get to share some of the chicken she sent in with my cats!!! Also,he was notified next day he wa getting his last paycheck from his previous job,and its enough to lend me some until I get my first paycheck on this new job I have. So everything worked out pretty well, considering is my firts time “loving” a dificult situation…I’m so happy,I now know love and appreciation conquers anything!!!! Thank you Jeannette, this was inspired by you and your emails!!! Love this comunity!!! On a side note…may I get some more tips on manifesting new homes for 5 kitties? I’ve pray rain on that and told everyone I know but so far I haven’t found suitable foster parents :3

  • Great inspiration. (And isn’t that the best kind of sharing?) Thanks! Judy

  • Eleanor says:

Wow what a cool story 🙂
Reminds me that getting what you want happens when you just chill out and as Stephen mentioned above what you normally want is a feeling anyways.
I’m so happy for the girl who made this happen and sending out good intentions to all who read this and are looking for their own breakthrough in their circumstances! Relax, the universe has it under control.

I’m off to make myself a nice cup of tea 🙂 🙂 🙂

Very happy for the reader’s success! She manifested a lot very quickly. I still have trouble completely trusting that if I relax and do good feeling things (that often have NOTHING to do with my desires) that my desires will manifest. I have a tendency to force myself to do things I think I should/must do to get what I want, even when they don’t feel good. It’s difficult to trust when pretty much everyone who doesn’t know LOA tells you you have to work hard, do things when you aren’t consistent, push yourself, etc. I don’t know why I’m not feeling inspired to do things that would get me what I want. I’ve worked hard on inner work and changing beliefs, and still…nothing. I just want to stay away from it all. I’m just afraid that if I don’t do more, I won’t manifest my greatest desires.

    • Stephen says:

I find it useful to remember that what I desire is never a thing or an event (or anything “outside” myself). When I find myself desiring a thing or an event what I’m really after is how I think that thing or event will make me feel. What I’m after is the feeling.
Once I have determined what feeling I am after, I can look for ways to feel that way (or at least as close as I can get) using whatever is available right now.
I understand how this goes against what most of us have been taught, but striving and working hard are actually counter-productive if they don’t create the feeling I want. A nap or a good book or a walk with a friend or great sex or any activity that feels good will attract more of the same.

Thanks Stephen, this is just what I needed to hear. Yesterday there were a few gifts I needed to purchase and at first didn’t have extra money for, so I decided to trust and know that it would come (it always does!) I decided instead of worrying, to relax and have fun. And the money came!

    Fantabulous !

  • Jan Riley says:

This was great! I think that means for me – that today will be hot chocolate, kitten snuggles, napping and sitting in the garden, even tho its winter. I wanted to say I think it takes COURAGE to use extreme self care when feeling scared. Beautiful example of relaxing and letting abundance flow into your life

    • Tee says:

Thanks Jan for your version of aggressively feeling good. I was gonna ask for examples of what that actually means. I need to practice ????

  • Heather says:

Wooo Hooo! Great success! So happy to be a witness! lol
Yes, it surely inspires me to “aggressively feel good” and/or chill out about some things! lol

  • Aniket says:

    Amazing story Jeannette.
    Thanks for sharing ..
Feeling good is the ultimate LOA exercise.
If only we could feel good and let go of other techniques, manifestations would happen left and right.
Also by just feeling good we do not limit the universe by anything specific.
The universe then responds with abundance from all possible avenues because we are not limiting the universe, just like in the story you shared. The lady got money from so many channels because she didn’t get specific about any one means of money.

  • Jen C. says:

You are truly powerful, not because you let it go and chilled, but look how fast your alignment paid off! You were so close for a while I bet. Congratulations, and keep this momentum going, keep remembering this power you created for yourself and take pride in it as you recreate a new financial picture for you. If you can manifest $4k in a few days, you should ever after KNOW that you can do just about anything.

    • Jeannette says:

That’s a good point, Jen … this certainly wasn’t her first exercise of conscious alignment. And I agree, after manifesting this under these circumstances, it would be easy to have confidence in creating every desire that follows! 🙂

  • Karen says:

    Chilling is good.

  • Steffy says:

What a great story! Thanks for sharing. Very inspirational.

  • Jesann says:

    This is fantastic!

  • Elle says:

Yup, it sure does! Love it! Thank you for posting this.
I had a question this week myself on what to do when owed money by someone. I found out on my own, by practicing chilling and not getting upset over it, no matter how much I was told that my chain was being pulled by the other party. Even still, I know the Universe has my back one way or another and will get me out of the bind, so I do not take the pity of others around me. And this post is another piece of evidence of this!
